Cancellation Policy

At Daniela Gold Ceramics, I strive to offer an enjoyable and smooth experience for all our workshop participants. To ensure this, I have implemented the following cancellation policy for our ceramic workshops:

• Reservation Fee:
  When you book a spot in one of our workshops, the reservation fee must be paid at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Cancellations:
  If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made:

  • More than 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop date: The reservation fee will be 100% refunded, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.

  • Less than 3 days (72 hours) before the workshop date: Unfortunately, the reservation fee is non-refundable due to the limited number of spots and the preparation required for each workshop.

• No-shows:
  If you do not attend the workshop and fail to notify us in advance, the reservation fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date.
